• We allow cancellations 8 days before the arrival date and modifications up to 24 hours from the arrival date. The modification of the reservation is valid for up to 1 year, subject to room availability and the rate.
• PAYMENT OF THE RESERVATION: In order to guarantee the reservation, it is necessary to confirm with the advance payment of the value of the first night of the reservation, the remaining nights must be paid upon arrival at the hotel. Said payment can be made through charge to credit card or by bank transfer.
2. CONTROL OF CARD FRAUD.
In order to protect credit card holders from fraud, the guest must present the credit card used to make the online reservation and an official photo ID of the cardholder at check-in.
The Hotel reserves the right to reject the guest at registration, for not complying with this requirement.
The Hotel can cancel a confirmed reservation, if it is suspected that a fraudulent card has been used, therefore, the holder of the card that will be used as a means of guarantee, must be the same one who makes the reservation and enjoys the hotel services. 6. EARLY ARRIVAL
It is a pleasure for us to allow your registration before the established time, however it is subject to the availability of the Hotel at the time of your arrival. If you want to guarantee that the room will be available at the time of your arrival, we recommend that you reserve the room one night before the actual arrival date.
7. LATE CHECK OUT
Subject to availability of the Hotel. The schedules and additional charges for late delivery of the room are the following:
From 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.: $150,000
After 6:00 pm: Full Rate corresponding to each guest.
8. Right of withdrawal
You can exercise your right to withdraw only in non-face-to-face purchases made on our website www.cocoplumhotel.com or in the reservation center. The request must be made to the email firstname.lastname@example.org, within a maximum of five (5) business days after the purchase confirmation. If the entry date is before five days, the right to withdraw will not apply. Once the request is received, we will refund the full value of the money without discounts or withholdings within a maximum term of 30 calendar days from your request. We will do it by bank deposit to the holder of the reservation or by credit card reversal.

9. IF YOU REGISTER WITH MINORS
The entrance and registration to the Hotel of minors must be made by one of their parents with presentation of civil birth registration and identity card. In case of not being in the company of their parents, it may be carried out by the person of legal age responsible for the minor, duly authorized by at least one of the parents. The authorization must be in writing, signed and notarized by one of the parents and indicate that the minor is under her care.
10. IF YOU REGISTER WITH A CREDIT CARD
If you register with a Credit Card, you must present the physical card at the time of Check-in. All reservations must be guaranteed for the average value of 1 night.
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED
According to resolution 1956 of March 30, 2008 issued by the Ministry of Social Protection, smoking is prohibited in rooms, public areas, restaurants and lounges.
The rooms of the Hotel Cocoplum Beach are 100% smoke-free spaces, so it is forbidden to consume or have any tobacco product or any other product lit inside them. In case of non-compliance with this restriction, a charge will be generated to the room for the value equivalent to 0.25 current legal monthly minimum wages, for the concept of disinfection of the linen
